These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the ResellWise webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the ResellWise webshop.

  2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

  3. ResellWise reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

3. Products

  1. ResellWise sells digital products, such as PDF files containing clothing suppliers and tips & tricks about reselling.

  2. All products are delivered digitally.

  3. No physical products are shipped.

4. Orders and Payments

  1. Payments can be made using the following methods:

    • iDEAL

    • PayPal

    • Apple Pay

    • Credit Card

  2. An order is considered complete once the payment has been successfully processed.

5. Delivery

  1. Digital products are delivered via email or download link.

  2. Delivery usually takes place within 5 minutes after payment.

  3. ResellWise is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.

6. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

  1. Due to the nature of digital products, returns and refunds are not possible once the product has been delivered.

  2. By purchasing a digital product, the customer agrees that delivery begins immediately and waives the right of withdrawal, as allowed under European consumer law for digital content.

7. Use of Digital Products

  1. All digital products are intended for personal use only.

  2. It is not allowed to copy, share, distribute, resell, or publish the digital products without permission from ResellWise.

8. Liability

  1. ResellWise is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the information provided in the digital products.

  2. The information provided is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

9. Age Requirements

Customers of all ages may access the webshop. If a customer is under the age required to make online purchases in their country, parental or guardian permission is required.
